The Battalion Commander is the highest ranking cadet and controls what the battalion does. Also in control of the Battalion which is 3 companies

The Battalion XO controls the staff and presents everything from staff to he BC for approval

The Battalion CSM is in control of all NCO's or Enlisted Cadets for example Squad leaders or First sergeants

The S-3 Is the highest ranking Staff member and works on training schedule as well as keeping staff in good behavior

The S-1 is the second control of staff when S-3 is not present. They also work to get all cadets into our JUMS system.

the S-2 is in charge of all security for the Battalion and also does inventory every month and checks the weather

The S-4 Is in Charge of the Supply room, they issue out all uniform items and order new items when needed

Company Commanders are in charge of the companies (Alpha, Brava, Charlie) And plan everything that the companies will do companies are 2 platoons

The second in command to the company commanders and they preform all duties assigned to them by the company commander and in charge of the company which is 2 platoons

The Senior NCO of the company and works with the company commander as equals, also preforms the training and discipline and in control of the company which is 2 platoons

They are in charge of making sure that their platoon follow the training schedule provided by company commanders and decides whether or not their platoon should move on to harder training in control of the platoon

C/2LT Harbor, C/2LT Braxton (Charlie)
The Platoon Sergeant works in hand with the Platoon Leader and does the training that the Platoon Leader gives them from the Company Commander and tells the Platoon Leader if they think their platoon is ready to move on to harder training in control of 3-4 squads which makes up a platoon
Current: C/SFC Holmes (Alpha) , C/SFC Griffin, C/SFC Cruse (Bravo) , C/SFC Smith, C/SFC Johnson, C/SFC Hardison (Charlie)
The Squad Leader is in charge of making the training provided by the Platoon Sergeant and is in control of 2-5 Squad Members which makes the squad
The current squad leaders will not be shown as to motivate them to become a higher position in our program
Anyone who is not one of these ranks/positions above are Privates or Private First Class (PVT and PFC) and are responsible for their own growth to become a better citizen
