JROTC's mission as a whole is to motivate young people to become better citizens.
Our Battalion offers your children the chance to be apart of a team but most importantly a family. Our teams are a wide variety and offer your children many opportunities
Our goal as a Battalion is to help your child grow in every way possible. Although we are a military based organization, we do not force any ideals onto anyone. In fact we attempt to get your child into college and help them in life skills as well as many other things.
JROTC was very first established in 1916 due to the National Defense Act being passed. Throughout the hundred so years that JROTC has been around there has been a lot of changes, for example in 1976 was when female cadets were finally able to join. Our Chief Battalion has preformed in a number of events outside of school, for example the Christmas parade every year.
